As-Is Service

Pike is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information displayed.

Data Accuracy

Exit and point-of-interest data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Business hours, availability, and locations may not reflect current conditions.

Not for Navigation Safety

Pike is an informational tool only. Do not rely on Pike for navigation safety decisions. Always follow posted road signs and use your own judgment while driving.

In-App Purchases

Pike Plus is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pike and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Pike after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
